RETURN INFORMATION

Terms and Conditions/ Returns Policy

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please send an Email to Info@stockmannco.com and we will gladly rectify any issues as soon as possible.

All approved returns will be issued with a store credit for the value of the goods, valid for 12 months from the original purchase date. We do not refund items purchased. 

We will gladly accept the return of item(s) within 14 days of your receipt of the order for Australian customers, given the item(s) meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn;
  • The item is in original condition including tags and original packaging;
  • A copy of the order receipt is included.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for any returns. To return items, we recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your return arrives to us safely. 

Please be aware that the postage costs will not be refunded if you are returning your item for any of the following reasons:

  • The item is an incorrect fit;
  • Change of mind;

If your return does not meet the conditions, it will not qualify for a return. In this case, the parcel will be returned to the sender at the customers cost.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE - APPROXIMATELY 4-6 Week Wait on ALL Pre-ordered items. We do NOT offer a change in size or refund on these items as these are MADE TO ORDER.

If you provide us with the incorrect postage details, goods will be reposted at customer’s expense.

Consumer Guarantee: 

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items or services purchased from Stockman N Co. If you believe an item or service is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. However these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.

Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send the item to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the failure is minor, we may repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time. 

How To Return My Items?

Please send us an email to determine the suitability of your return prior to sending the items back to us. We will not be responsible for any return shipping costs if your item does not meet the conditions outlined above.

Returns Process -

  1. Download and print off a returns form HERE
  2. Fill out the form, ensuring all details are completed and send this back to us with your return package
  3. Upon receiving your parcel we will contact you to process your return
  4. You will be issued with a store credit which the code will be emailed to you.

Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
